Volunteer Interest

It takes 60+ volunteers to help run all the fun PTA funded activities and programs at Briarwood. We'd love to know more about you so we can find you the right position.

 

Check your name off for any of the items that interest you below, or just fill out a little bit of information about yourself in the General Interest section and we'll find the right match!

General Interest
Fill in some information about yourself if you just have general interest in volunteering, but you're not sure about the best fit.
Administration
Help with our Administration sub-committee. This includes jobs like the Auditor, Legislation, Staff Appreciation, Landscaping, Kindergarten Liason, and Room Parent Liason.
Communication
Help get the word out to Briarwood families! Help with social media, graphic design, the PTA website, or the newsletter.
Community Events
Help with one of the great events we host for our Briarwood community! These include the Popsicle Pop-In, our Grandparents and Veteran's Day celebration, the Bulldog Jog, the Bike Rodeo, the Briarwood Carnival, the VIP Dances, or one of the many activities we hold for 6th grade in their final year at the school.
Funding
Help with the PTA's fundraising activities! This includes Dining Partners, Skating Parties, Spirit Wear, the Used Book Fair, the Read-a-Thon, Grade Level Parties, Trivia Night, the Progressive Dinner, or the Briarwood Auction.
Student Services
Help serve Briarwood's students! Activities include the Cultural Arts Program, Student Pictures, School Supplies, Chat & Chew, Yearbook, and PTA Sponsored Writing & Art Contests.
